Please note:
For guests who have purchased tickets but are unable to attend the concert, kindly notify the Long Waits page at least one day before the event to receive support in transferring your ticket to a later concert. Tickets can be held and used within two weeks.
Please arrive early from 8:00 PM to settle in and help the performance start on time.
Parking:
Motorbikes can be parked at Hàng Da Market parking area (100 metres from Long Waits).
Cars can park in the basement of Hàng Da Market or at the Phùng Hưng parking lot (intersection with Nguyễn Quang Bích Street).
Phụ thu/surcharge: 250.000 VND - 300.000 VND/người/buổi đối với các event thông thường.
* Lưu ý:
Đối với những khán giả đã mua vé nhưng không thể sắp xếp để tham gia concert, vui lòng thông báo qua page Long Waits muộn nhất 01 ngày trước khi concert diễn ra để được hỗ trợ chuyển vé sang concert sau. Vé sẽ được bảo lưu trong thời hạn 02 tuần.
Xin phép mọi người tới sớm từ 8PM để ổn định, giúp buổi diễn đúng giờ.
Đỗ xe: xe máy gửi ở bãi xe Chợ Hàng Da (cách Long Waits 100m), ô tô có thể gửi dưới hầm chợ Hàng Da hoặc bãi xe Phùng Hưng (ngã ba với Nguyễn Quang Bích)
